3 cups cooked diced chicken
3 cups cooked rice
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 cans (11 oz ea) Southwestern style corn
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a casserole dish.
Mix all the ingredients together in casserole dish.
Cover tightly and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
Will serve 4 to 6.
