Rich And Creamy Celery Chicken And Stuffing Casserole Recipe

1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix, prepared
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
3 cups diced cooked chicken
chopped almonds, optional

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a small casserole dish.
Prepare the stuffing according to package directions.
Spread the stuffing over the bottom of the casserole.
In a bowl, mix together the sour cream and celery soup, then stir in the chicken.
Spoon the chicken mixture over the stuffing in casserole.
Cover and bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until piping hot and edges of stuffing have started to brown.
You may like to sprinkle chopped almonds on before serving.
Serves 2 to 4.
