Chicken And Veggie Dinner Casserole Recipe

2 cups diced cooked chicken   
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen stew vegetables, thawed slightly
2 cans (10.5 oz) chicken or turkey gravy   
1 package (8 ct) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 9x13 or equivalent, shallow casserole dish.

Put the chicken, vegetables, and gravy in a big bowl and toss together until well blended.

Turn this mixture into your prepared casserole dish.

Separate the biscuits, then arrange them evenly over the top of the chicken mixture in casserole dish.

Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly and biscuits have browned on top. You may want to brush the biscuits with a little butter for added flavor and color.

Will serve 4 to 6.
