1 lb ground chicken
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 box (8 oz) whole wheat spaghetti
1 cup water
1 jar (26 oz) favorite spaghetti sauce
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Parmesan cheese (not the dry kind)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a casserole dish and set aside.
Get out a skillet and lightly brown the ground chicken in the oil over medium heat. When completely cooked, put in casserole dish.
Break spaghetti in quarters, and put in casserole dish.
Add water, spaghetti sauce, and shredded Parmesan to casserole dish and toss to combine.
Cover and bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until spaghetti is tender. Top servings with more
Parmesan cheese if desired.
Will serve 4 to 6.
