Chicken Pad Thai Casserole Recipe

4 cups diced cooked chicken
1 pack (3 oz) Ramen noodles, broken up slightly
1 can (28 oz) chop suey vegetables
1 pack (1 oz) Pad Thai seasoning mix
1 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a casserole dish.

Put all the ingredients together in a large bowl and toss to combine well, then pour into casserole dish.

Cover tightly and bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly hot and ramen noodles are tender.

Will serve 2 to 4.
