4 cups diced cooked chicken
1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
4 slices bread, cut or torn small
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups broth
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 9x13 casserole dish.
Mix together all the ingredients together in a bowl, then dump out into the casserole and spread evenly.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown on the edges and top.
Remove and let sit for 5 minutes.
Will serve 6 to 8.
