1 cup plain yogurt
5 or 6 fresh or frozen whole strawberries, hulled
1 cup canned crushed pineapple, with juice
1 medium ripe banana, peeled and coarse cut
1 tsp vanilla extract
Put all the ingredients in your blender; turn motor on and blend until smooth. You can add ice cubes to make the smoothie frothier.
Will serve 2 people.
