Creamy Cajun Chicken Tomato Salad

2 lemons, juiced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
3 cups diced fresh tomatoes

whisk together in a bowl the lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cumin.  Add in the yogurt and whisk until combined.
Add the diced chicken, green onion, bell pepper, and celery, stirring to coat well.
Add the tomatoes and gently stir to combine.
Chill at least 1 hour in refrigerator before serving.
May serve this over a bed of large leaf lettuce.
Will serve 4 to 6.
