Midnight Snack Sweet Pumpkin Pudding

1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 package instant vanilla pudding (sugar free)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4 cup milk

Whisk together all the ingredients and pour into individual pudding cups or dessert bowls.  Put in refrigerator and chill for at least 2 to 3 hours. 
Serve cold.
