2 1/2 cups COOKED brown rice
4 green onions, chopped
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp dried dill
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly oil an 8x8 baking dish.
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake (uncovered) in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly hot and lightly browned around the edges.
Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
Will serve 4.
