Pacific Northwest Indian Spiced Couscous

1/3 cup water
2 tsp. butter
1 can (14.5 oz size) chicken broth
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
10 ounces package couscous

In a pot over medium heat, bring the water, butter, and broth to a boil, then slowly stir in the allspice, curry, and couscous.

Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes.

Use a fork to fluff the couscous and serve immediately.
