Gluten Free Cream Of Soup Mix Recipe

2 cups powdered nonfat milk
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules
3 Tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp dried garlic flakes (optional)

Put all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk until mixed well. Store in an airtight container.
To use:

1/3 cup Cream of Soup Mix

1 1/4 cups cold water

Put in saucepan over low heat and whisk until mixture thickens. Use as you would any 'cream of soup' from a can.
