Zesty Marinaded Garden Salad Potluck Recipe

8 cups diced cucumbers
4 cups halved grape tomatoes
1 cup finely diced sweet red bell pepper
1 cup finely diced sweet onion
1 Tbsp fresh basil
2 to 3 cups Zesty Italian dressing

Put all the vegetables and the basil in a big bowl.

Pour the Italian dressing over and toss combine.

Let sit out for 20 minutes before serving at room temperature.

Will serve 8 at a potluck and is easily doubled or tripled for larger gatherings.
