Gluten Free Breading Mix Recipe

1/2 cup white bean flour
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp sugar (optional)

Whisk all the ingredients together, then put in airtight container to store in a cool dark place.

Use as you would any 'shake and bake' type coating for chicken, fish, or vegetables.
Makes 1 1/4 cup mix.
