Low Carb Sweet Sriracha Chicken - Slow Cooker

2 lbs chicken pieces, bone and skin removed
2 garlic cloves, grated
2 green onions, chopped fine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup tomato paste
3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

Arrange the chicken pieces in the slow cooker.

In a bowl, whisk together all the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken, stirring to coat the chicken well.

Set slow cooker to LOW, cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours.

Remove and serve with sauce from slow cooker drizzled over the chicken.

May serve over a bed of finely shredded green cabbage.

Will serve 4 to 6.
