Low Carb Mixed Veggie Beef Stew - Slow Cooker

2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed small
1 can (28 oz) peeled tomatoes, chopped
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 pkt (2 oz) dry onion soup mix
1 box (26 oz) beef stock
1 cup water
1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables (your choice)

In large skillet, brown beef, then put in the slow cooker.

Add all remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.

Set the slow cooker heat on LOW, cover and cook for 7 to 9 hours.

Will serve 4 to 6.
